Her vision of school boards' efforts must focus on student achievement for each and every student locally, in Wisconsin and the USA. Rose recognizes we live in a global society and economy. Rose is a retired elementary educator (38 years of service) and holds unlimited life licenses in Wisconsin and Texas. In retirement, she is an adult literacy volunteer tutor and recently extended those skills to include English as a Second Language for local immigrants.
