Victoria S. McCormick, Greendale Region 11 Director 1st Vice President
Elected to the Greendale Board of Education in 1998, Victoria (Vicki) McCormick has served as board clerk, president and currently vice-president. Vicki has been a member of the Policy and Legislative Committees, a negotiations team member for three bargains, CESA #1 and WASB delegate. From 2005-2007 Vicki was the board member co-chair of the Southeastern Wisconsin Schools Alliance and assisted in crafting the recently released Southeastern Wisconsin K-12 Education Economic Impact Study.
As the WASB Region 11 Director, Vicki chaired the Legal Services Committee, served on the Membership Services Committee, is a Wisconsin School Public Relations Association board member and in January 2007 was elected WASB’s 2nd Vice President.
Vicki passionately believes in the power and promise of public education. She supports continuous board member development and effective policy governance at the local board level. In her vision, the efforts of school boards focus on student achievement success for every Wisconsin child.
