Robert Butler
Co-Director of Employment and
Labor Law Services;
Staff Counsel

Bob Butler has been a WASB staff counsel since 1990. He is co-director of employee relations services. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his undergraduate degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Barry Forbes

Barry Forbes has been a WASB staff counsel since 1983. He is co-director of employee relations services. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his undergraduate degree in economics from the UW-Milwaukee.

Scott Mikesh
Staff Counsel

Scott Mikesh graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Scott earned an undergraduate degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, majoring in business finance.





Craig Hubbell
Staff Counsel

Craig Hubbell became a WASB staff counsel after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008. Previously, he earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish and education from St. Olaf College, taught Spanish for 10 years in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, and obtained a master’s degree in foreign language and literature from UW-Milwaukee. 


Ben Richter
Staff Counsel

Ben Richter graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2007. Prior to that, Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in both Communication Arts and Legal Studies. Ben joined the WASB in June 2007.


Kristin Ruedi
Paralegal

Kristin attended Verona Area High School, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University. Kristin manages the WASB’s salary and compensation databases and handles member inquiries on compensation data and human resources matters. She joined the WASB staff in 2008.
