The WASB Bylaws provide the general rules for governing the WASB. The WASB Bylaws set out provisions relating to the purposes, membership, Board of Directors, Delegate Assembly, and other provisions. The WASB Bylaws may be amended at any Delegate Assembly by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting.
