The exhibit hall is your opportunity

This year’s show will feature more than 20 new exhibiting companies along with the valued vendors you’ve come to know over the years. With products ranging from actuarial and architectural services to Web development solutions and windows you will want to be sure to carve out plenty of time to see it all.

Exclusive Exhibit Hall
Time Designated
To assist you in making the exhibit
hall part of your convention agenda
we have dedicated time on both
Wednesday and Thursday during
which you can walk the hall and meet
with the vendors that can help improve
your district. Visit vendors Wednesday
from noon until 1:30 pm and Thursday
from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm. Check
your Convention Guide when you
arrive for complete exhibit hall details and hours.
Special Attractions
As you’re planning your agenda, be
sure to make time for these Exhibit
Hall special features:
E-mail stations — stay in touch
with the folks back home by taking
advantage of the e-mail stations.
Student Performances — a variety of student performances are scheduled for The Auditorium. A complete schedule will be in your onsite Convention Guide.
On Wednesday from noon to 1:30 pm, please stop by and take a complimentary photo with Olympians Casey FitzRandolph and Suzy Favor Hamilton at the Special Event Photo area (directly across from booths 937 and 928) to promote the Movin' and Munchin' Schools program, offered by the Department of Public Instruction and sponsored by the WEA Trust. Bucky Badger will be in the area from noon to 1 pm for pictures as well.

Photo Booth —capture your convention experience in pictures. Visit the Photo Booth for a complimentary
picture of yourself and your colleagues.
The Cafeteria — there is no need
to leave the convention center for
lunch — everything is available right
here in The Cafeteria. With offerings
ranging from breakfast items to soups,
salads, sandwiches and even desserts — there is something for everyone.
The Commons — the Exhibit Hall’s gathering place — will offer a comfortable place to stop and visit WASB staff or take in a student performance. Program information will be available and resident experts will be on hand to answer your questions.
Visit The Bookstore for the latest books and educational materials for you or your district. Books by many of our presenters will be featured. E-mail stations will be incorporated into The Bookstore for your convenience.
Take advantage of plenty of exhibit time to come and share your needs and concerns with product experts who are ready to answer your questions.
