The Carrot Principle by Simon & Schuster was a New York Times and BusinessWeek best seller, and with his co-author Adrian Gostick, Elton has had five New York Times best-sellers in a row. His book, The Orange Revolution: How One Great Team Can Transform an Entire Organization, was the number-one-selling book in America according to the Wall Street Journal. His book, The 24-Carrot Manager, has been called a “must read for modern-day managers,” by Larry King of CNN. His most recent book, All In, co-authored with Adrian Gostick, was released in April 2012. Elton’s books have been translated into more than 20 languages and have sold more than a million copies worldwide.
As a motivation expert, Elton has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post,Fast Company magazine, and the New York Times, and has been a guest on CNN, 60 Minutes, MSNBC, FOX News, and National Public Radio and has a weekly segment on CBS News Radio as “The Corporate Coach” on how to build a better workplace.
A highly sought-after speaker and recognition consultant, Elton has spoken to delighted audiences in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and throughout North America, and was the highest-rated speaker at the national Society for Human Resource Management annual conference (Bill Cosby was rated number two and Malcomn Gladwell number three).
