At this year's convention, a feature has been added to the 2017 State Education Convention app allowing you to be able to scan an attendee's badge within seconds using only your phone. This means no antiquated hardware, no separate system, no being tied to your booth.
With our new lead retrieval app, your team can focus on building relationships while utilizing technology to better support you.
The power of Lead Retrieval is great for your team working the floor. Each team member can acquire, track and manage the leads they've collected. Members can quickly add notes and a rating to qualify that lead. Within seconds of scanning, the app will retrieve the full contact information to your phone or tablet in real-time. A designated administrator can access all of your team members’ leads.
Please note: contact information will be available for all convention attendees who register by January 6, 2017. Contact information may not be available for attendees who register after that date or on site.
The deadline to sign up to use the new lead retrieval system is January 6, 2017. Participating organizations must provide the names and email addresses of their team members by that date as well so access can be granted. The fee is $250 per organization. Team members are responsible for downloading the app on their own devices.
