A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to help you meet your goals and stand out from the crowd. All sponsorship packages can be tailored to meet the needs of individual companies.

All sponsorship packages listed below include:
• One 10′ x 10′ interior booth.
• Logo included with all appropriate sponsorship/event promotional materials communications.

Premier Event Sponsorships

 
General Session Keynote Address: $7,000 (1 of 3 available)

Nationally renowned keynote speakers are a highlight of the convention with nearly all 2,000 attendees at the Wednesday and Thursday General Sessions and more than 1,000 attendees at the Friday General Session. Sponsors of the keynote speakers will be highlighted at each General Session and in convention materials. Sponsor receives reserved seating for the General Session along with the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker.

WASB Breakfast: $7,000 (no longer available)

Be a part of the tradition! The WASB hosts a Breakfast on Thursday morning of convention featuring a prominent speaker. Attended by approximately 350 members, the WASB Breakfast is a popular way to begin the day with an inspiring message. Sponsor receives complimentary tickets to the Breakfast along with the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker.


Major Event Sponsorships

 
Welcome Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall: $6,000 (4 available)

Attended by hundreds of school officials, the Welcome Breakfast is held the Wednesday morning of convention for attendees. Be a part of this great networking opportunity to kick off the convention. The breakfast coffee stations are set up at the sponsors’ booths and maintained both days while the Exhibit Hall is open to draw in attendees.

Networking Reception: $6,000 (1 of 4 available)

Held late Wednesday afternoon at the Hilton to maximize exposure and participation, the Networking Reception is a highlight of the convention drawing hundreds of attendees.

Cookie Break: $6,000 (4 available)

Give your brand a boost by sponsoring a cookie break Wednesday or Thursday afternoon for attendees. Strategically located for maximum exposure, the cookie break station will be sure to draw large number of attendees looking for a sweet break. [Two sponsors per break allowed.]


Event Sponsorships

 
WASB Delegate Assembly: $1,500 (2 available)

Be front and center for Wisconsin school boards by providing the refreshments at their annual Delegate Assembly. Attended by one member of all 421 school boards and 12 CESA boards of control in the state, the Delegate Assembly sets the policies for the association. Your brand will be seen by every school board in the state – it will be promoted in signage at the event as well as promotional materials.

Education Tour: $1,500 (no longer available)

Take part in this popular convention activity to expand your company’s brand. Each year, convention attendees have the option of attending a tour of select Milwaukee public schools or other education-related organizations. Company representatives have the option of attending the tour as well.

 


Supplementary Event Sponsorships

Internet Café/Charging Station/Technology Display: $4,000 (no longer available)

The Internet Café/Charging Station is a flexible space that can be used to feature technology displays or other interactive technology demonstrations. Sponsors have the option to use the Internet Café space as their booth or have a booth elsewhere in the Exhibit Hall as well as the option to present a short breakout session in the Internet Café during one of three dedicated exhibit hall hours.

School Fair: $2,500 (no longer available)

The School Fair in the Exhibit Hall features interactive exhibits by school leaders, teachers and students from around the state. Districts send their students and educators to the School Fair space as their booth or have a booth elsewhere in the Exhibit Hall. Part of the sponsorship is used to help offset the participating district’s transportation costs. 

Sustainable Schools Pavilion: $1,000 (2 of 3 available)/ $250 (not limited)

The Sustainable Schools Pavilion features hands-on demonstrations, knowledgeable experts, informative presentations and take-home resources. It is intended to be a central, supplementary resource area for school leaders to learn about the wide array of products and services that promote green and healthy schools. Exhibitors have the option to participate at the $250 level or the $1,000 level and deliver a short presentation in the pavilion during the dedicated exhibit hall time.

Virtual Attendee Access: $1,500 (1 available)

During the convention, eight specifically selected breakout sessions and one keynote speaker are recorded and available to all WASB members as a part of a Virtual Attendee Access registration. Sponsor the recorded sessions have your logo added to the Virtual Attendee webpage and used as a slide at the beginning of each session recording as well as in signage during the session. 

 


Premier Advertising Options

 
Mobile App: $4,000 (1 of 4 available)

The Convention Mobile App serves as an integral tool for attendees. Sponsorship includes a banner ad and dedicated button as well as two messages to attendees during the week of convention (no more than one per day).

Lanyards: $4,000 (no longer available)

You’ll get maximum exposure by having every attendee wearing your company name and logo.

Attendee Bags: $4,000 (no longer available)

Advertise on the Attendee Bags and your logo will be seen throughout the convention.

On-Site Guide Magazine Cover Wrap: $4,000 (no longer available)

Advertise on the On-site Guide Magazine Cover Wrap for a unique opportunity to be the first ad attendees see.

On-Site Pocket Guide: $4,000 (no longer available)

Advertise in the widely use Convention On-site Pocket Guide for an exclusive opportunity.

 


Supplementary Advertising Options

 
Wisconsin Center Escalator Signage: $1,500 (1 of 2 available)

Display your logo and message prominently to attendees by advertising on two of the four primary escalators used by attendees to reach the first, second and third floors of the Wisconsin Center.

Wisconsin Center Column Wraps: $500/$1,000 

Display your logo and message prominently to attendees by advertising on a column immediately outside the exhibit hall in the Wisconsin Center. Prices vary by size of column wrap:

  • 2′ high band around column – $500
  • 4′ high band around column – $1,000
  • 4′ x 8′ cling on front face of column – $1,000
Wisconsin Center Cling Packages: $250/$350

Display your logo and message prominently to attendees throughout the Wisconsin Center. Purchase a package of 18″ x 18″ or 24″ x 24″ clings that will be placed in strategic locations in the Wisconsin Center (suggested locations include the glass railings near the primary escalators).

Wisconsin Center Table-Top Signage Packages: $25/$50

Display your logo and message prominently to attendees by advertising on tables used by attendees at registration, the cafeteria, the WASB Commons or other locations of the sponsor’s choice throughout the Wisconsin Center. Table-top sign packages include:

  • Six 5″ x 7″ table-tent signs for $25
  • Six 8.5″ x 11″ signs in plastic holders for $50
Wisconsin Center Digital Monitors: $1,500 (2 available)

Advertise on the network of seven Wisconsin Center digital monitors for Tuesday-Friday of convention. Your ads will rotate with convention announcements and are highly visible to attendees. The HD monitors are 42″, 1920 x 1080.)

Exhibit Hall Coffee Station: $1,500 

Include a coffee station in your booth for attendees to help draw them in. Participating booths will be listed in the Convention Guide.

Hydration Stations: $500 (1 available)

The convention includes a lot of training and activities for attendees. Help keep them hydrated by sponsoring the Hydration Stations throughout the main floors of the convention center outside the break-out session rooms. Each water cooler will be accompanied by a sign promoting your brand. (Does not include water stations in the exhibit hall. See below for that option.)

Attendee Bag Insert: $500

Insert a brochure or one-page handout in the convention attendees’ bags to get your message out. Exhibitor will provide sufficient materials for 1,500 attendee bags. Materials must be pre-approved by WASB staff.

Exhibit Hall Water Station: $500

Include a water station in your booth for thirsty attendees. Participating booths will be listed in the Convention Guide.

Email Message to Attendees: $350 (Limited)

Send a message to attendees via email in the two weeks leading up to the convention or in the two weeks after the convention to follow up. One message per vendor is allowed, logos can be included. The message will be sent by the WASB staff using a standard convention email on a scheduled determined by the WASB. The deadline to sign up is Jan. 4, 2019. Availability is limited.

Mobile App Messaging: $250 (Limited)

The Convention Mobile App is used extensively by attendees during the convention and can be a great vehicle for getting your message out. Send a message to attendees via the Convention Mobile App encouraging them to visit your booth. (Two messages per exhibitor during the week of convention – no more than one per day.) Content must be provided at least one week in advance.
