Sponsorships

Do you want to share your expertise with school officials? Expand your brand awareness? Network with school board members and administrators? A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to help you meet your goals and stand out from the crowd. All sponsorship packages can be tailored to meet the needs of individual companies.

Sponsorship Packages

All sponsorship packages include:

• An exhibit hall booth in both virtual convention platforms (the site used for the live convention and the site used for post-convention access to recordings), values starting at $1,200
• Logo included with all appropriate sponsorship/event promotional materials communications
• Link to your website from the official convention website via your logo

Sponsor package levels determined by a combination of booth, ads and options listed below to equal one of the following levels:

• Diamond: $12,500
• Platinum: $10,000
• Gold: $7,500
• Silver: $5,000
• Bronze: $2,500

2021 Virtual Convention Sponsorship Options

Breakout Session Branding – $500/session (not available if exclusive branding option taken)

• Add logo to a slide at the end of a breakout session

Exclusive Session Branding – $5,000

• Add logo to a slide at the end of all breakout sessions
• Sponsor receives recognition on the convention website, in convention emails and in the printed convention guide

Scrolling Banner Ad on the virtual convention platform before and during the convention – $2,500

Sponsor the convention virtual platforms (AccelEvents and Personify) before, during and after the convention – $5,000

• Sponsor receives recognition on the convention website, in convention emails and in the printed convention guide

Attendee Survey Branding – $500 (no longer available)

• Sponsor logo featured on the attendee survey

Roundtable Discussion – $1,000 (3 of 4 available)

Facilitate a 30-minute roundtable discussion on the topic of your choice (must be educational)

Lunch & Learn Presentation – 60-minute Presentation (no longer available)

• Sponsor a Lunch & Learn Presentation – $1,500
• Facilitate a Lunch & Learn Presentation Topic – $3,000

Attendee Mailings – $500

• Send a postcard to all convention registrants. (Sponsor provides postcard and pays for postage.)

Attendee E-blasts

• Add a logo to a pre- or post-convention WASB email – $250 each
• Add a logo and a short message on a pre- or post-convention WASB email – $350
• Customize an exclusive pre- or post-convention email – $750

General Session Recognition

• Sponsor provides a 90-second video to be played at a convention general session – $1,500
• Sponsor provides a short message read by the emcee – $1,000

Event Video – $2,000

• Sponsor provides a video that is shared by the WASB and posted on the convention website

Social Media Message – $250

• Sponsor provides content that is shared on WASB social media
