In this WASB Insurance Plan Webinar. the WASB IP endorsed agencies of Gallagher, M3 and Tricor discussed the implementation of a consistent process for identifying and assessing risk and making decisions, liability and worker’s compensation issues arising from the provision of child care and day care during the pandemic and liability, worker’s compensation and leave issues when districts provide health care services on site (in particular the school nurse).
